Dance Your A$$ Off all access pass!

Hey Los Angeles area fans! Mel is looking to give one of you an all access pass to join her on the set of OXYGENS Dance Your A$$ Off!!

The Terms of the contest are as follows:

On Thursday March 11th one lucky winner and a guest will be granted access to the set of Dance Your A$$ Off. Once there, you can hang out in the Green Room, meet the contestants, watch a taping of the show AND have a meet and greet with DYAO host Mel B!

Taping is in the Valley area and you will be required on set no later than 5pm – the exact location and details will be emailed to the winner a day before taping.

***As a standard practice, all audience members are required to sign a disclaimer regarding the Dance Your A$$ Off show details.

Now… on to the good part! This contest is a two parter!

Part 1: Melanie had given numerous interviews during the release of “Totally Fit” regarding her staggering weight loss after having her baby, Angel. How many pounds did Mel say she lost (give or take 5 lbs)?

Part 2: In the spirit of people dancing towards fitness, we want you to tell us how weight loss has changed your life.

Do you have an inspiring weight loss story? Did you take charge of mind and body to begin a journey which transformed your life? Or have you ever helped a struggling friend or family member change their own lifestyle?

All you have to do is answer part 1 correctly, then tell us about your weight loss story and you will be entered to win the Dance Your A$$ Off all access pass! Melanie will hand pick the winner, who will be announced Tuesday March 9th.

    My goal was set July 1, 2009 to lose weight and to become fit by my Big
    B-Day in June 2010.
    I am in the process of achieving that goal to change my life. I have now lost 31 lbs. so far and moving forward.
    I am a very self motivated person once I put my mind to it I do it, no turning back.
    Working out and eating healthy has been a fun challenge for me. I started working out with the treadmill and kick boxing all at home. Now I have added Totally Fit Dvd to my workout. The body toning feels incredible and to see the results happening, it’s like Wow! Love it!
    Now my Co-Workers are seeing my changes and want to be apart of it and work out also. My motivation has reinspired my brother to work out and eat healthier again and he no longer has to take presc. medications. I am now working on my two sisters.
    Another proud moment this past month is when I checked my B.M.I. (body mass index) and I made it to the normal range for me. I haven’t seen that for years!
    This biggest trasnformation for me has been seeing my body change, feeling the healthy results personally and other people noticing as well.

    I’ve gave up chocolate, vodka and mc donalds, been running, walking, swimming and doing the mel b’s dvd everyday!! dancing to spicy hits, i’ve lost 3st I’m really happy with myself and i;ve just brought a bike, no more sitting around watching tv yet, got to reach my goal on 12st. paul xxx :O)

    Okay, I put the wrong translated weight in. I think 6 stone is closer to 40lbs.

    I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes in January of 2009. I started watching my diet (taking tips from Mel B’s food suggestions) and working out to Totally Fit for the past year. I’m down from a size 24 to a 14 and I’m maintaining my proper blood sugar levels. I still do her workout video at least 3 times per week.

    She said she gained about 6 stone during her pregnancy, so I think she lost all that plus (about 60lbs).
