Can’t wait to watch season 4 of Dancing with the Stars, as it comes to the Game Show Network! I loved watching Maks and Laila Ali on the floor and I’m excited to be able to watch it all again, starting this Saturday, Jan 21st at 6/5c.

A shrinking Scary Spice talks to Sebastian van der Zwan

Admiring her newly svelte shape as she tries on a tight, bright bandage dress for our photo shoot, Melanie Brown is finally happy with what she sees in the mirror.

“Before, I wasn’t completely, 100 per cent comfortable looking at myself,” she confesses, “but now it feels good!”

The X Factor Australia judge and former Spice Girl tipped the scales at 75kg shortly after giving birth to her third daughter, Madison, in September.

Now, after 12 weeks on Jenny Craig and working out with her Fitness First trainer, Mel has lost 7.5 kilos, weighing in at 67.5kg.

Exactly halfway to her goal weight of 60kg, the feisty Brit says she’s relieved she no longer has to wear Spanx under every outfit.

“Everything just feels a lot tighter,” she laughs. “There’s much less jiggle! Before, there was jiggle all over. Now I’m just jiggling in the right places.”

Our friend drove us out there on his boat, and I thought we were gonna be man overboard, it was that choppy.  But guess what, Madison slept on the the boat rides, there and back, awww the life of a newborn. We saw an Quokka eat Emu poo, a wombat bit my friend, and a tiger tried to stare out Angel and scared her. But overall a great day, had by all!

Better late than never! Me, Phoenix, and Angel enjoyed looking at your wombats, koala bears, kangaroos, ants, emus, sharks and crocodiles. I coukd go on and on, but you get my drift. Baby Madison slept through the whole thing in my pink Zolo baby sling! What a great variety of species you have! Me and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. We ended up spending the whole day there! While, Phoenix couldn’t stop laughing at the sleeping wombat, Angel was terrified of the giant Lego toy shark. That’s right, not the real one, but the Lego one! Madison finally woke up when we got in the car to leave. Thank you Sydney for a fabulous family day out with my three girls! Can’t wait for the other Spice Girls to come here with their kids. Sooooooon! *wink wink*
