The Terms of the contest are as follows:

On Thursday March 11th one lucky winner and a guest will be granted access to the set of Dance Your A$$ Off. Once there, you can hang out in the Green Room, meet the contestants, watch a taping of the show AND have a meet and greet with DYAO host Mel B! Taping is in the Valley area and you will be required on set no later than 5pm – the exact location and details will be emailed to the winner a day before taping. ***As a standard practice, all audience members are required to sign a disclaimer regarding the Dance Your A$$ Off show details.

Now… on to the good part! This contest is a two parter!

Part 1: Melanie had given numerous interviews during the release of “Totally Fit” regarding her staggering weight loss after having her baby, Angel. How many pounds did Mel say she lost (give or take 5 lbs)?

Part 2: In the spirit of people dancing towards fitness, we want you to tell us how weight loss has changed your life.

Do you have an inspiring weight loss story? Did you take charge of mind and body to begin a journey which transformed your life? Or have you ever helped a struggling friend or family member change their own lifestyle?

All you have to do is answer part 1 correctly, then tell us about your weight loss story and you will be entered to win the Dance Your A$$ Off all access pass! Melanie will hand pick the winner, who will be announced Tuesday March 9th.

Geri Halliwell and Mel B accepted the award at the 2010 BRIT Awards ceremony for their 1997 performance of ‘Wannabe’\'Who Do You Think You Are’.

Ginger and Scary Spice took to the stage to accept the award with Mel B stating, “First I wanna say thanks to the fans! The Spire Girls are the best”.

“You’ve got the naughtiest Spice Girls here,” Halliwell added.

Mel is set to launch her new line of Couture Pops with the Sugar Factory in Las Vegas this Sunday, February 14th.  So, what a better way to share some love with her fans, then by a Valentine’s Day Give Away!

Melanie will go through each of the comments and choose a winner to receive one of her brand new Swarovski studded Lollipops!
